One Year of Sora Strategies

The festive season is upon us, and that reminds us (actually, a domain registrar renewal email reminded me) that we've now been Sora Strategies for one year!

Our actual launch day was in February, so more on that next year, but the end of the year being a time of reflection, we can't help but think back on 2024.

Key takeaways for us are that we're incredibly grateful for all of you, we're very proud of what we've accomplished in the past year, and we can't wait to see what 2025 brings!

The Year by the Numbers

• 13 clients across all of our focus areas
• 24 workshops facilitated
• >4000 people hours of knowledge transfer sessions
• ∞ hours coaching and consulting (seriously, it's a lot to count)
• 4 conference presentations (including Sharon's keynote at LAST Brisbane)

What does 2025 have in store?

Sharon and I are ending the working year tomorrow with a strategy offsite for ourselves (yes, we drink our own champagne). More on that in the new year, but we are definitely looking forward to continuing to work with our clients, and we have some very exciting work kicking off early in the new year.

In the meantime, we hope you all have a fantastic festive season, and we wish you all the best for 2025. We'll be back on deck 6 January, and we hope to talk to you in the new year!
